Our Favorite Recipe:

 Crispy Chicken Tenderloins (No Deep Frying)

These come out crunchy  but baked instead of fried. Beef tallow helps them brown and taste richer


 Ingredients (2–3 servings)

  • 1 lb chicken tenderloins

  • 2 tbsp beef tallow (melted)

Breading

  • ¾ cup breadcrumbs 

  • ¼ cup grated parmesan

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ½ tsp black pepper

Wet coating

  • 1 egg

  • 2 tbsp milk (or water)


 Step 1 — Prep oven

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
Place a rack on a baking sheet if you have one.


 Step 2 — Bread chicken

  1. Whisk egg + milk in one bowl.

  2. Mix breadcrumbs, parmesan, and spices in another.

  3. Dip chicken → egg → breadcrumb mixture.

  4. Press coating on firmly.


 Step 3 — Add tallow (secret crunch)

Brush or drizzle melted beef tallow lightly over coated tenders.

👉 This mimics frying fat and makes them crisp.


Step 4 — Bake

Bake 15–18 minutes, flipping once halfway.

They should be golden and crunchy

Done when

Internal temp reaches 165°F.
