Crispy Chicken Tenderloins (No Deep Frying)
These come out crunchy but baked instead of fried. Beef tallow helps them brown and taste richer
Ingredients (2–3 servings)

1 lb chicken tenderloins
-
2 tbsp beef tallow (melted)
Breading

¾ cup breadcrumbs

¼ cup grated parmesan
-
1 tsp paprika
-
1 tsp garlic powder
-
½ tsp salt
-
½ tsp black pepper
Wet coating
-
1 egg
-
2 tbsp milk (or water)
Step 1 — Prep oven
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
Place a rack on a baking sheet if you have one.
Step 2 — Bread chicken

Whisk egg + milk in one bowl.

Mix breadcrumbs, parmesan, and spices in another.

Dip chicken → egg → breadcrumb mixture.

Press coating on firmly.
Step 3 — Add tallow (secret crunch)
Brush or drizzle melted beef tallow lightly over coated tenders.
👉 This mimics frying fat and makes them crisp.
Step 4 — Bake
Bake 15–18 minutes, flipping once halfway.
They should be golden and crunchy
Done when
Internal temp reaches 165°F.
