Our Favorite Recipe:
Fortified Beef Power Skillet

1 lb fortified ground beef
-
1 tbsp beef tallow
-
1 small onion, diced
-
2 cloves garlic
-
1 cup spinach or kale (chopped)
-
1 grated carrot or zucchini
-
1 tsp salt
-
½ tsp black pepper
-
1 tsp paprika
-
1 tsp onion powder
-
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
-
2 eggs (added at the end)
Instructions
Heat the fat
Warm beef tallow in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Brown the meat
Cook until browned, breaking apart.
Add vegetables
Add onion, garlic, carrot/zucchini. Cook 3–4 minutes.
Season
Add spices and Worcestershire sauce.
Fortify it
Stir in spinach until wilted.
Add eggs
Make small spaces in the pan and crack eggs in.
Scramble lightly into the beef until just cooked.
Serve With
