Garlic Butter Ground Beef Skillet (20 minutes)

 Ingredients
  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)

  • 1 small onion (diced)

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 1 tbsp beef tallow

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

  • ½ tsp salt (adjust later)

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

  • ½ cup beef broth (or water)

  • Optional: parsley or green onions for topping


Instructions

  1. Heat pan
    Medium-high heat. Add olive oil.

  2. Cook onion first
    Sauté onion 2–3 minutes until soft.

  3. Brown the beef
    Add ground beef. Break it apart and cook until browned (about 5–6 minutes).
    Drain excess grease if needed.

  4. Add flavor
    Stir in garlic, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook 1 minute.

  5. Make it saucy
    Add butter, Worcestershire sauce, and beef broth.
    Simmer 3–5 minutes until slightly thickened.

  6. Finish
    Taste and adjust seasoning. Top with herbs.


 Serve It With

  • Rice or mashed potatoes

  • Pasta or egg noodles

  • Inside tortillas (instant taco filling)

  • Over toasted bread for a quick open-face sandwich
