Garlic Butter Ground Beef Skillet (20 minutes)

1 lb ground beef
-
3 cloves garlic (minced)
-
1 small onion (diced)
-
2 tbsp butter
-
1 tbsp beef tallow
-
1 tsp paprika
-
1 tsp Italian seasoning
-
½ tsp salt (adjust later)
-
½ tsp black pepper
-
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
-
½ cup beef broth (or water)

Optional: parsley or green onions for topping
Instructions

Heat pan
Medium-high heat. Add olive oil. -
Cook onion first
Sauté onion 2–3 minutes until soft. -
Brown the beef
Add ground beef. Break it apart and cook until browned (about 5–6 minutes).
Drain excess grease if needed. -
Add flavor
Stir in garlic, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook 1 minute. -
Make it saucy
Add butter, Worcestershire sauce, and beef broth.
Simmer 3–5 minutes until slightly thickened. -
Finish
Taste and adjust seasoning. Top with herbs.
