Our Favorite Recipe:

Juicy Beef Kabobs (Grill or Oven)

Ingredients (Serves 4)

Beef

  • 2 lbs Kabobs

Marinade

  • ¼ cup olive oil 

  • 3 tbsp coconut amino soy sauce

  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice or vinegar

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • 1 tsp cumin

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp dried oregano

  • ½ tsp chili flakes (optional)

Vegetables (optional)

  • Bell peppers

  • Red onion

  • Mushrooms

  • Cherry tomatoes


 Step 1: Marinate

  1. Mix all marinade ingredients in a bowl.

  2. Add kabobs and coat well.

  3. Cover and refrigerate at least 1–2 hours
    Best flavor: 4–6 hours (don’t exceed 12 hours or meat softens too much).


 Step 2: Assemble

  • Thread beef and vegetables onto skewers.

  • Don’t pack tightly — airflow helps browning.


Step 3: Cook

Grill (recommended)

  • Medium-high heat

  • Cook 8–12 minutes total

  • Turn every 2–3 minutes.

Oven

  • 425°F (220°C)

  • Bake 15–18 minutes

  • Broil last 2 minutes for char.

Medium doneness guide

  • Medium-rare: 130–135°F

  • Medium: 140–145°F

  • Medium-well: 150°F+
