Juicy Beef Kabobs (Grill or Oven)

2 lbs Kabobs
Marinade

¼ cup olive oil
-
3 tbsp coconut amino soy sauce

3 cloves garlic (minced)
-
1 tbsp lemon juice or vinegar
-
1 tsp paprika
-
1 tsp cumin
-
½ tsp black pepper
-
1 tsp salt
-
1 tsp dried oregano
-
½ tsp chili flakes (optional)
Vegetables (optional)

Bell peppers
-
Red onion
-
Mushrooms
-
Cherry tomatoes
Step 1: Marinate

Mix all marinade ingredients in a bowl.

Add kabobs and coat well.

Cover and refrigerate at least 1–2 hours
Best flavor: 4–6 hours (don’t exceed 12 hours or meat softens too much).
Step 2: Assemble

Thread beef and vegetables onto skewers.

Don’t pack tightly — airflow helps browning.
Step 3: Cook
