One-Pan Country Chicken Sausage & Pasta (No Boiling Needed)
Ingredients (2–3 servings)

4 country chicken sausage links
-
8 oz dry pasta (penne or rotini works best)

1½ tbsp beef tallow (or butter)

3 cloves garlic (minced)
-
2 cups chicken broth
-
1 cup marinara sauce or crushed tomatoes

½ cup heavy cream (optional but amazing)
-
½ tsp black pepper
-
½ tsp Italian seasoning
-
½ cup parmesan cheese
-
Optional: spinach or mushrooms
Step 1 — Brown sausage

Slice sausages into coins.

Heat large skillet medium heat with beef tallow.

Cook sausage 4–5 minutes until golden.
Step 2 — Build the pan

Add garlic; cook 30 seconds.

Pour in:

chicken broth

marinara sauce

Stir and bring to a gentle boil.
Step 3 — Cook pasta in the pan

Add dry pasta directly.

Stir well.

Cover and simmer 10–12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Pasta absorbs flavor while cooking.
Step 4 — Make it creamy

Stir in cream and parmesan.

Add spinach or veggies if using.

Simmer 2–3 minutes until thick and glossy.
Done!
Sauce should coat pasta — not watery.
