Our artisan sourdough is made the traditional way—slowly fermented for 3 days to bring out rich flavor, improve digestibility, and boost nutritional value. We bake in small batches using organic, unbleached high-protein flour from Italy and organic olive oil.

To guarantee peak freshness and give each loaf the time it needs to ferment properly, all orders must be placed by Monday for pickup or delivery on Saturday.
