Florida's signature honey, from the grove harvest.

Tasting notes. Pale gold, light and floral, with notes of orange blossom and white flowers and a bright citrus finish.

Provenance. Gathered from Florida's citrus groves during the brief spring bloom, while orange blossom is the dominant flower. Raw, never heated and never finely filtered, then filled by hand in glass in Miami.

Serve it with fine tea, fresh ricotta or burrata, stone fruit, citrus vinaigrettes and lemonade.

Sizes. Half pint (9 oz), pint (18 oz) and quart (42 oz), each in a Ball glass jar. The half gallon is available for Miami delivery only.

Good to know. Raw honey crystallizes naturally. To return it to liquid, rest the closed jar in warm water and stir. Store sealed at room temperature. Do not feed honey to infants under one year of age.
